The service
Cameron's Treasure Hunt is an entertainment activity in which users create treasure hunts using photos and clues, and players search for items and photograph them to receive a score.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and kindly. Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or that infringes anyone's rights. Do not photograph or share anything that identifies a child's location, school or personal details.
Safety
Treasure hunts take place in the real world. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. You are responsible for choosing safe locations and for the safety of everyone taking part.
Payments & trial
The service may offer a free trial followed by a one-time purchase. Trial and purchase details are shown at the point of payment. Fees are charged in the currency displayed.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them only as needed to run your hunts. You confirm you have the right to upload the content you provide.
Intellectual property
Cameron the Duck, the Cameron's Treasure Hunt name, branding and mascot are owned by us. Do not copy or reuse our branding without permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided for entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the service or from activities carried out during a treasure hunt.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will review and update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
